Change to Statutory Requirements Imposed on Component Parts

Legal requirements imposed on component parts are usually aspects in the product that are relevant to safety. These requirements must be implemented with a correspondingly high priority. Different from prestigious vehicle projects, the point of assignment may not be postponed, the performance range may not be reduced, and the implementation may not be rejected due to a bad business case in projects driven by legislation,.   

An implementation that is as efficient and effective as possible is therefore obligatory and leaves no room for errors that influence the described conditions.

Through the thorough and detailed planning of work packages, milestones, and resources, we were able to support the customers in ending this project successfully. It wasn’t necessary to transfer the existing project and communications structures from mere vehicle projects to a legislation project, which was especially reflected in the process definition and new communication methods that were established for the project.
