Tim Kickstein has been a Managing Partner at PEC project engineers & consultants GmbH since 2009. Mr. Kickstein studied mechanical engineering and informatics and supplemented this education with an MBA at the International School of Management. In 2002, he began his professional career at a consulting company with a focus on the automotive sector.

In this capacity, he led national and international consulting projects in the automobile industry and specialized in project and process management in product development. From 2008 to the beginning of 2009, Mr. Kickstein was Department Head of In-house Consulting at an automobile supplier and later switched to his position at PEC, which he still holds today.
